February 27, 2024 – Zhejiang Rsafele Electric Co., Ltd. (Rsafele) achieved a major milestone in its international expansion. A joint inspection team from Dhaka Power Distribution Company (DPDC), Bangladesh and TBEA (China) visited Rsafele Electric's manufacturing base for a one-day, full-process Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) on the second batch of 19 sets of SUN-LHK-II SF6 gas monitoring system.
These systems are part of the DPDC Regional Power System Network Expansion and Reinforcement Project. The FAT was strictly conducted in accordance with IEC480 standards and the customer-approved FAT plan. Three randomly selected samples passed all tests on the first attempt, and the entire batch was approved for shipment. This success once again demonstrates Rsafele Electric's reliable product quality and efficient delivery capacity.

High-Performance SF6 Gas Monitoring System Designed for South Asia's Harsh Environment
The SUN-LHK-II SF6 gas monitoring system is a benchmark solution tailored for Bangladesh's high-temperature, high-humidity operating conditions. It integrates multi-parameter monitoring, intelligent linkage, and high reliability.
Key features include:
- Wide voltage input (AC/DC 220V)
- Real-time monitoring of SF6 gas concentration, oxygen level, temperature, and humidity
- 1000ppm SF6 alarm threshold and low oxygen safety alert
- Automatic activation of 6A high-power exhaust fan
- Operating temperature range: -25℃ to 70℃, suitable for extreme climates
- Local data storage (up to 1,000 records) and remote communication support
- Wall-mounted modular design for easy installation and maintenance
All core indicators meet or exceed international standards, making this SF6 gas monitoring system an ideal choice for critical power infrastructure.

Stringent FAT Process: 8 Key Tests on Randomly Selected Units
The inspection team followed IEC60502 standards and randomly selected three units (Serial No.: 22092203, 22092209, 22092194) from the 19 sets to ensure fairness. With technical support from Rsafele Electric, the joint team completed 8 key tests across four categories:

- Design and appearance check – No scratches, uniform coating, clear labeling
- Core function verification –
- Human body induction voice alert
- SF6 concentration over-limit and low oxygen alarm
- 6A fan linkage with zero delay
- Manual and timed ventilation
3. Communication test – Stable data transmission between host and control panel
4. Technical documentation review – Test reports, drawings, user manuals, packing lists
5. Packaging inspection – Compliant with international ocean freight standards
All tests passed on the first run without any failure.
Customer Feedback: High Efficiency, Consistent Quality
- A DPDC representative commented:
"This is our second cooperation with Rsafele Electric. From test procedures to equipment stability, the quality remains consistently high. Completing FAT on 19 sets of SF6 gas monitoring system in a single day is far more efficient than expected. We are confident these systems will operate reliably in Dhaka's power grid for years to come."
A TBEA on-site representative added that Rsafele Electric continues to be a trusted partner, providing strong support for the smooth execution of the project.
- Mr. Zhang Sheng, Technical Director at Rsafele Electric, stated:
"Completing large-volume FAT in one day is a real test of our manufacturing, quality management, and technical service capabilities. Moving forward, we will continue to innovate in power safety monitoring technology and provide even more reliable and intelligent solutions to global customers."

The successful acceptance of these 19 sets of SF6 gas monitoring system has not only deepened the strategic cooperation between Rsafele Electric and TBEA but also successfully opened the door to the Bangladeshi power market. It has laid a solid foundation for Rsafele Electric to expand its presence in the South Asian and global power safety monitoring markets. Moving forward, Rsafele Electric will continue to intensify its investment in technological innovation, supporting the safe upgrade and efficient energy transmission of global power infrastructure with high standards and high-quality products.
