Product Installation of Dry-type Transformers

    1. Foundation Condition Inspection

Confirm that the winding surface is clean and undamaged, and the insulation is normal; the grounding bolts of the core, clamps, and casing are securely tightened. Check that the temperature controller, fan, and other accessories are in normal condition, and that the tap changer is in the correct position and locked.

    2. Insulation and Grounding Inspection

Use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance to ground and between the high and low voltage sides sequentially. The values ​​must meet the requirements (e.g., ≥300MΩ for 10kV), and ensure that the absorption ratio meets the standard. Check that all grounding points are securely connected and that the grounding resistance is qualified (usually ≤0.1Ω).

    3. Cooling and Ventilation Inspection

Manually start the fan for a test run, confirming smooth operation without abnormal noise; verify that the temperature controller settings and automatic start/stop functions are normal. Ensure that the area around the equipment is well-ventilated, free of obstructions, and that the environment meets safety requirements.
