Product Usage Tutorials for Nitrogen Fire Suppression System

1. System Routine Maintenance
Regular inspections are required to ensure system reliability. Users assume full responsibility for any consequences of improper maintenance. A comprehensive overhaul must be performed every three years, during which our company provides necessary spare parts and professional repair services.

3. Nitrogen Replenishment

Cylinder pressure should be recorded monthly to ensure adequate pressure is maintained. Refilling should be scheduled as needed.

4. Nitrogen Filling Method

Standard 40L nitrogen cylinders are used. These can be detached and transported to a gas supply station for refilling.

5. Recovery After Activation

Following system activation, damaged components must be replaced before reuse. Required actions include:

Replacing affected or all fire detectors;

Replacing control cables on the transformer;

Inspecting the shut-off valve and replacing damaged gaskets;

Refilling the nitrogen cylinder;

Conducting full system recommissioning before returning to service.
