Project Description
For the Heying Data Rayong project in Thailand, we supply an online partial discharge monitoring system for transformer. Designed for Thailand's tropical climate, the system operates reliably under high temperature and humidity conditions.
Delivered in 2026, the SUN-IGuard-503 model complies with IEC 60270 and features three monitoring channels. Finished in RAL7032, it supports AC220V, 50Hz power supply and RS485 communication.
Equipped with high-sensitivity PD sensors and intelligent algorithms, the system detects insulation defects, corona, and surface discharges, enabling early identification of partial discharge faults for predictive maintenance. Remote data transmission supports seamless integration with the Heying Data monitoring platform for unattended operation.

Together with HFCT and ultrasonic sensors, they strengthen a multi-sensor diagnostic system. |
